All prices are based on pets with an even temperament that is regularly groomed. Animals that need de-matting or have behavior problems will incur additional fees, as we will consume more time to complete the grooming. For extremely nervous dogs, it would be best not to feed them for about 3 hours before the groom and most dogs are calm and relaxed if you do some walking exercise before grooming takes place.
De - Matting policy
Our normal grooming charges do not include De-matting or De-tangling. There is an addition charge, as it will consume additional time to complete grooming on matted dogs or cat. We do not recommend de-matting of an elderly, infirm, or aggressive dog as this is the very painful process and stressful for the groomer.

For all hand stripping dog's will be additional £20.00 as this process will take longer and much more complicated than having a dog clipped
Cat Grooming Prices
Most cat owners prefer grooming to take place at their home, the price will remain the same even if you bring your cat to us which is £95.00 for full grooming.
if your cat is matted or tangled it will be easy to bring to us as it may be more manageable.
Nail clipping is £15 and can be done without arranging an appointment, normally you should bring your cat for nail clipping every 6 - 8 weeks.
we do not recommend nail clipping if your cat is outdoor.
